The Weekly Dose
I spent the weekend in Hampshire celebrating a family wedding and whilst we were putting up the parking signs, stumbled across the juiciest looking blackberries in the hedgerows. This inspired me to create a blackberry inspired dish which you’ll find below. My gosh it’s good!
Moving forward, we’re going to include a spotlight food each month, starting with nut butters! I’m always asked about certain foods and look forward to highlighting some of the nutritional benefits, cooking tips and recommended brands of these foods each month.
