We can't believe that The Weekly Dose has been going for over 7 months. We have been blown away by your support and generosity and want to thank you all for reading, creating, sharing and engaging with our weekly posts over this time. We hope you've enjoyed it as much as we have.

We fully believe that this information should be accessible for all and have therefore made the decision to make The Weekly dose completely free moving forward. From next week, you'll continue to receive weekly posts and if there is anything you'd like to see more (or less) of, please let us know, we adore hearing from you.

We are determined to continue sharing positive health messages with a sprinkling of pilates to support a healthier, happier you and can't wait for all that is to come.

For all our paid subscribers, your monthly payments will stop from now on and for those who have subscribed for a year, you will be reimbursed for the remaining time left (any questions about this please don't hesitate to reach out).

We look forward to bringing you many more simple recipes, tips, tricks, resources, and our favourite brands to keep you inspired throughout the month.

We are huge advocates for batch cooking to free up time and alleviate stress during the week and couldn’t recommend these freezer storage containers more. You can freeze individual portions which you can then defrost individually when needed throughout the week.

To help prepare you for the upcoming festive season, we’ve put together a few recipes that can be made in advance and either stored in the fridge or batch cooked to help you continue to eat well when life can become even more hectic which you can download below.
